Disclaimer

Read this before you use anything on this site to make a decision about your money. It is short because the position is simple.

We are not a bookmaker

Best Betting Apps takes no bets, holds no money and runs no games. We are an information site. Every bet you place is with a licensed bookmaker, under their terms and not ours, and every dispute about a bet, a bonus or a withdrawal is between you and them.

Nothing here is advice

  • Not betting advice. We do not tell you what to back.
  • Not financial advice. Betting is not an investment and we never present it as one.
  • Not legal advice. Where we describe South African law we give you the Act and the section so you can read it yourself.
  • Not a promise of winning. The bookmaker has an edge on every market. That is how they stay in business.

Information goes out of date

We check facts on the bookmakers’ own websites and we say when we checked. After that, things move.

  • Welcome offers change constantly. The figure and the terms on a review are the ones we read on the day, and the bookmaker’s own promotions page is the one that binds.
  • Apps move. Download routes change, versions change, and a bookmaker can add or drop a platform without notice.
  • Payment methods come and go. A voucher or a bank route listed today may be gone next month.
  • Licences can change. They are renewed, suspended and withdrawn by the provincial boards. The National Gambling Board publishes a list of verified operators.

Check on the bookmaker’s own site or in their app before you rely on something you read here.

Affiliate links

Some links here are affiliate links. If you open an account through one, the bookmaker may pay us a commission. You pay nothing extra and your odds, bonus and account are exactly the same. It does not change our order, our ratings or our opinions, and our affiliate disclosure sets out how it works in full.

Licences and legality

We only list bookmakers we believe hold a South African provincial licence, and we name the authority and the licence number where the bookmaker publishes it. Sports and horse racing betting with a licensed South African bookmaker is lawful. Those bookmakers also offer casino style games and crash games as fixed odds betting games under their licences. Gambling with a site that holds no South African licence gives you no protection at all. What a bookmaker may offer can depend on the province that licensed it, and some products are being argued about in the courts. Where that is true we say so rather than picking a side.

Third party websites

When you follow a link off this site, you are on somebody else’s website. We do not control it, we are not responsible for it, and their terms and privacy policy apply instead of ours.

Aviator, crash games and predictors

Aviator and the other crash games are random on every round. Anything sold to you as an Aviator predictor, a signal, a hack or a guaranteed strategy is a scam, whoever is selling it, and we will never link to one. If you paid for one, you were robbed, and no bookmaker will refund the bets you placed on the back of it.

Errors

If something here is wrong, tell us. Email info@bestbettingapps.co.za and we will fix it and say what changed.
