Contact Best Betting Apps

Email us at info@bestbettingapps.co.za. It is one address and it goes straight to the editorial team. We read everything, and if you have found a mistake we will fix it and say what changed.

What we can help with

  • A mistake on the site. Tell us what is wrong and which page it is on. A licence number, an offer, an app route, anything.
  • A bookmaker that has changed something. A new welcome offer, a dropped payment method, a new app version. Send us the page on the bookmaker’s own site and we will check it.
  • A licensed bookmaker we have not covered. We are working down the list of licensed SA bookmakers. If yours is missing, tell us.
  • A question about an app. If the answer is not on the site, we will find it and add it.

What we cannot help with

  • Your betting account. We are not a bookmaker. We cannot see your account, your balance, your bets or your documents. Only the bookmaker can.
  • A withdrawal that has not arrived. Same answer. The bookmaker holds your money and only they can move it. Every review on this site lists the bookmaker’s own help routes.
  • A bonus dispute. Their promotion, their terms, their decision.
  • FICA problems. Your documents go to the bookmaker, not to us. Their help line or a branch is the place to sort it.
  • Betting tips. We do not give them and we never will.

If you have a problem with a bookmaker

Go to the bookmaker first, in writing, and give them a fair chance to fix it. Keep the emails or the chat transcript. If they will not sort it, the next step is the provincial licensing authority that issued their licence, and we name that authority next to every bookmaker on this site. Most of the big apps are licensed by the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board or the Mpumalanga Economic Regulator, and both take complaints from the public.

The National Gambling Board does not issue licences, but it does publish a list of verified operators and can point you to the right provincial body. It can be reached on 010 003 3475 or info@ngb.org.za.

If you need help with gambling

Phone the National Responsible Gambling Programme on 0800 006 008. It is free, it is confidential, and it answers 24 hours a day, every day. If you would rather type, WhatsApp HELP to 076 675 0710, or email helpline@responsiblegambling.org.za. Our responsible gambling page explains the warning signs, the tools inside each app, and how self-exclusion works in South Africa.

For bookmakers and media

Use the same address. If you want a correction, send the page on your own website that shows the correct position and we will use it. We do not sell links, reviews, ratings or positions on a list, so please do not ask. We are happy to hear about a genuine product change and we will check it the same way we check everything else, on your own site.

How quickly we reply

We are a small team and we answer in the order emails arrive. A factual correction with a source attached gets fixed fastest, usually the same day we read it. We do not run a phone line, a chat box or social media accounts for support, so email is the only route.

Anyone gambling in South Africa must be 18 or older. Gambling can be addictive, and asking for help early makes it easier. Winners know when to stop. Phone 0800 006 008 for the National Responsible Gambling Programme, or WhatsApp HELP to 076 675 0710.
